PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia has been re-elected for the sixth consecutive time as a council member of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) for the 2016-2017 term.
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai (pic) said the re-election reflected the recognition of Malaysia's role in international shipping, especially in the IMO.
