"Solat hajat" by highways must be done safely

KUALA TERENGGANU: School authorities organising “Solat Hajat ” at the East Coast Expressway 2 (LPT2) should not compromise on the safety of those involved, said state Education Department director Shafruddin Ali Hussin.

Shafruddin said that while having special prayers for the safety of the highway users was a noble deed, it must be done at proper places and not at places where it could endanger the lives of those praying.
