KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has fixed Oct 13 to hear former Batu Kawan Umno vice-chief Khairuddin Abu Hassan's (pic) habeas corpus application to challenge his detention under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma).
High Court judge Justice Kamardin Hashim set the date after hearing submissions from Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Mohamad Hanafiah Zakaria and Khairuddin's counsel Hanif Khatri Abdulla.
