PETALING JAYA: A recent move by the Penang government to cull dogs in order to eradicate the recent Rabies outbreak has drawn mixed reactions from the public.
A Facebook post by The Star which drew over 150 shares and received 50 comments, showed that though some people were pleased with the idea of the state government to contain the disease, others were concerned by the cruelty to the dogs.
