‘Exposure to multi-cultural beliefs since young shaped our thinking’

PETALING JAYA: The scions of three prominent early Malaysian leaders opened up about what it was like growing up in a country that they love.

At a forum entitled “Celebrating a Moderate Malaysia – Bridging the Gaps” hosted by The Star, the three personalities – Janet Lee, Deva Kunjari Sambanthan and Tawfik Ismail – spoke about life in their households and holding on to the values taught to them.
