JOHOR BARU: The Eastern Gate Development Zone will be the next growth centre in Iskandar Malaysia, offering good prospects for developers and investors.

Khalil Adis from Khalil Adis Consultancy Pte Ltd said the zone would be the perfect place for developers targeting first-time house buyers in Iskandar Malaysia.
