Datuk remanded in 1MDB probe released on RM100,000 bail


PUTRAJAYA: The "Datuk" director who was remanded to assist in the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) probe has been released on bail.

The 54-year-old, a managing director of a firm related to 1MDB, was released one day before his five-day remand expired as his statement has been recorded by the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC).
