Fire and smoke disrupt LRT service


KUALA LUMPUR: Light rail transit (LRT) services on the Kelana Jaya line were briefly disrupted when smoke billowed from two separate Rapid KL trains here.

No one was injured in the two incidents near the Setiawangsa and Universiti stations with all affected passengers successfully evacuated from the automated driverless four-car trains yesterday.
