Low Yat brawl shows need for new race law, says Kurup

KUALA LUMPUR: The recent incident at Low Yat Plaza proves that there is a need for a new law to preserve racial harmony, says Tan Sri Joseph Kurup.

"The incident is a realisation that we need a new form of Act which will preserve the harmony between Malaysia's multi racial people of different races and religions.
