PETALING JAYA: The challenge is to stop racial issues from surfacing, not look for a remedy only when a problem crops up, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
In a post on his Chinese Facebook page Wednesday, Najib warned the public against believing rumours spread online which could be detrimental to harmony.
