Severance payments made in good faith, claim Khalid’s former aides

PETALING JAYA: The severance payments to eight former aides of Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim were made in good faith and with the approval of Menteri Besar Incorporated (MBI).

The eight former aides – Faekah Husin, Rohany Talib, Arfa’eza Abdul Aziz, Mustapha Mohd Talib, Rahimah Kamarudin, Dr Sulaiman Masri, Abdul Halim Mohamed Yusof and Tuan Nazuri Tuan Ismail – claim that the severance package was part of a voluntary separation scheme (VSS) that was paid to them as a result of a change in the Selangor administration.
