HULU SELANGOR: MCA will amend its constitution to enable direct elections for the party’s top posts, says its president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
The president and deputy president would then be determined by nearly 40,000 divisional delegates instead of the 2,400 central delegates as was practised currently, he said.
