KUALA LUMPUR: Four MIC leaders have failed to obtain a temporary stay against a court ruling that affirmed the Registrar of Societies' (RoS) directive for the party to hold re-elections.
High Court (Appellate and Special Power) judge Justice Asmabi Mohamad dismissed their applications after hearing RoS’ objections.
