PETALING JAYA: The death of a boy, believed to have been murdered and buried under the kitchen of a house at Taman Usaha Jaya, Kepong, could have been prevented if neighbours had called police.
Gombak deputy OCPD Supt Hasbullah Ali said neighbours had heard the child screaming for help a day before he went missing, sometime between late March and early April.
