KOTA KINABALU: The security threat in Sabah’s east coast waters posed by southern Philippines gunmen persists despite the killing of the notorious Mindas Muktadir in Jolo last week.
“We remain on guard,” Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) chief Datuk Abdul Rashid Harun (pic) said after opening a volleyball tournament in Lahad Datu on Sunday.
