Month-long Pesta Kaamatan launched in Tambunan

TAMBUNAN: Forty Commonwealth Parliamentarians Association (CPA) members were among more than 3,000 visitors at the launch of the Pesta Kaamatan celebrations at Pisompuruan Square here Friday.

Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman, who officiated at the month-long event, said although the festival was synonymous with ethnic Kadazandusuns and Muruts, other communities had always joined in the celebrations held every May.
