KUALA LUMPUR: Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff (pic) officially takes over as the new Bukit Aman Narcotics Criminal Investigation Department director on Tuesday.
The former Johor Police chief takes over the helm from Deputy Comm Datuk Haris Wong Abdullah, who held the post in an acting capacity.
