PAS’ Hadi welcomes Bill to check terrorism in other countries


MARANG: PAS has expressed its support for government efforts to implement the Special Measures Against Terrorism in Foreign Countries Bill which was passed in the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday.

PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang said although the party had differing opinions from the Government on several technical matters, he did not deny that there was a need for such a law to defend the country’s integrity and sovereignty.
