KUALA LUMPUR: Under an amendment to the Criminal Procedure Code tabled in Parliament Monday, evidence provided by an expert is enough to prove that a suspect is a gang member.
The amendments to the Code were tabled by Home Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi for its first reading before lawmakers Monday.
