RAUB: The state government will stop iron ore and bauxite mining activities if there is no solution to the complaints about pollution from residents and road users around Kuantan Port, said Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob.

He said he had ordered a huge clean-up in the affected areas, besides asking the operators to relocate their stockpiles from the port to a more suitable site.
