KUALA LUMPUR: Incessant heavy rain in this capital city Thursday night caused flash floods at a stretch along Jalan Ipoh in front of the Bank Rakyat branch in Sentul, trapping five cars in the floodwaters, according to the Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department.
No one was injured in the incident, which occurred about 10.30pm, Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department director Khirudin Drahman said Friday.
