PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal on Wednesday dismissed the appeal of Muslim convert, Izwan Abdullah, for custody of his son.
Izwan is appealing against a Seremban High Court decision to give custody of the couple’s children to his Hindu ex-wife S. Deepa, and the order that he return their son, Mithran, to her.
