PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia's Foreign Ministry has received an official request for the extradition of Second Warrant Officer Muhammad Rizalman Ismail (pic), a former defence staff assistant at the Malaysian High Commission in New Zealand, who was accused of burglary and assault in Wellington.
Wisma Putra said in a statement Thursday that it received the official request for the extradition on Oct 3, approximately five months after the case first transpired.
