Concerted move to raise broadband penetration rates, says DPM

KUALA LUMPUR: Rural communities must be included in the digital deve­lopment plan to reduce digital disparities with the urban communities, said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

He said there was concerted effort to help increase the household broadband penetration rates, which stands at 68% now, and the Government was far from being complacent.
