GEORGE TOWN: Bukit Gelugor by-election independent candidate Abu Backer Sidek Mohamad Zan was charged with provocation under Section 504 of the Penal Code.
Abu Backer Sidek, 46, who appeared in the court house here at around noon pleaded not guilty on the charge.
