PETALING JAYA: Vehicle-for-hire service Uber has proven to be so popular amongst Malaysians that authorities are thinking twice before taking any kind of action against the company.
Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) chairman Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar said Uber customer satisfaction was high, and that the service appeared to be picking up customers that taxis left behind.
