MP charged with insulting cop’s modesty

KUALA LUMPUR: Batu MP Tian Chua was charged with “outraging the modesty” of a policeman through the use of foul language.

Tian Chua, whose real name is Chua Tian Chang, claimed trial before the Sessions Court to accusations that he had outraged the mo­desty of Deputy Supt Glenn A. Sinappah by saying words such as “bastard”, “stupid police” and other foul words.
