MH17: Angus Houston to lead Australia’s probe and recovery efforts


PETALING JAYA: Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston, who headed the search for the missing Malaysia Airlines MH370 in the southern Indian Ocean, will lead Australia’s efforts in Ukraine to help recover, identify and repatriate Australians killed in the MH17 plane crash. 

A total of 27 Australians were on board Flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when it crashed in Ukraine after being shot down on Thursday.
