PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia, as the owner of MH17, will ensure that the black boxes will not be under the control of any irrelevant quarters, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said.
He cited international laws which stated that the owner of the plane had every right to the black boxes.
