SETAPAK: The recent upgrading of Tunku Abdul Rahman College (KTAR) to university college status now allows it to offer degree programmes in addition to its diploma courses.
MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the degree courses would be different from those offered by Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman as these would focus more on technical and scientific research.
