PETALING JAYA: The Indian High Commission will open three more visa outsource centres in Ipoh, Seremban and Malacca on Monday.

This means there will be six outsource centres including the existing ones in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor Baru.

With these additional centres, the public need not go to Kuala Lumpur to submit their visa applications or provide the mandatory biometric data, the high commission said.

“They can visit the facilities at any of the six cities to submit visa applications and to collect the visa.

“Efforts are also being made to open centres in more cities,” it said in a statement yesterday.
