‘Clear grey areas between hudud and Penal Code first’

KUALA LUMPUR: The Kelantan government must first clear the grey areas between PAS’ hudud and the Penal Code before considering enforcing the Islamic law, says constitutional lawyer Firdaus Husni.

For instance, she said, where a person acquitted or convicted could not be prosecuted for the same offence again, there had been no clear exemption on the issue.
