Court orders Mustafa Ali to pay Felda RM130,000 for defamation


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here ordered PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali and four others to pay Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) RM130,000 in damages in a defamation suit, for alleging it had sold palm oil to Israel.

However, Felda lost its case against Persatuan Anak Peneroka Felda Kebangsaan (Anak) president Mazlan Aliman.
