Star Media Group launches shopping website

PETALING JAYA: Star Shopping, a new shopping website by Star Media Group, has been launched with a total of 10,000 products from 50 brands.

Star Shopping is a partnership between Star Publications (M) Berhad and ShopStylers Sdn Bhd, marking another milestone for the media group in diversifying its digital offerings.

In order to provide the best shopping experience, Star Shopping strives to ensure that its merchants are of the best quality.

“Our focuses are on the quality of our merchants and their product offerings. This is to ensure that our users get the best deals from credible merchants,” ShopStylers chief executive officer Jimmy How said in a statement.

The products and brands are updated weekly to bring consumers the latest trends in the market.

Star Publications head of products (digital) Serm Teck Choon believes that being involved in the online retail landscape offers endless possibilities and opportunities.

“Looking at the positive growth of online shopping, this collaboration offers our huge base of The Star Online users the ability to discover, compare and buy products online,” he said in the statement.
