Looking to Thais for help

SHAH ALAM: With its biggest dam scheduled to go dry in just 19 months, Selangor is seeking the help of Thailand’s “Royal Rainmaking Centre” to ease the water crisis in the state.

The success of this and other initiatives to meet the water shortage will be assessed next week to determine whether rationing can be stopped, said Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim.
