KUALA LUMPUR: A businessman has been ordered to enter his defence on 10 charges of using forged documents, including one which involved the resignation of his second wife as a company director.
Sessions Court judge Norsharidah Awang ruled that the prosecution had proven a prima facie case against Datuk Zainulabidin Mat Akhir, 63.
