JOHOR BARU: The problem-plagued MySikap system is now operating at near “full capacity” after encountering hitches towards the end of last year.
Road Transport Department (JPJ) director-general Datuk Seri Ismail Ahmad said the system was running at about 90% efficiency for most of February.
