GEORGE TOWN: Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya has suggested that the Penang government close off the stretch of the Batu Ferringhi beach polluted by blackish discharge.
“This needs to be done since it was suspected that the discharge contained E. coli,” he said.
