No changes to existing terms for new MoU

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Association of Foreign Maid Agencies (Papa) and Indonesia’s Asosiasi Perusahaan Jasa Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (Apjati) will not be allowed to change the terms agreed upon by the Malaysian and Indonesian governments when negotiating their new memorandum of understanding (MoU).

A high level Human Resources Ministry source said the new MoU was mainly to commit both parties to provide a steady stream of Indonesian domestic workers to Malaysia under the terms both governments had already agreed upon.
