KUANTAN: Flood victims in the district have been told to return to relief centres immediately as a second wave of floods is expected to at midnight Saturday.
A message from the Information Department said areas expected to be affected are Sungai Isap, Taman Sepakat, Bukit Rangin, Tanah Putih, Taman Guru and Kampung Belukar.
