KUALA LUMPUR: The MCA extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Sunday will proceed as scheduled, despite advice from the Registrar of Societies (RoS) to reconsider it.
Party president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek has re-assured the 2, 380-plus central delegates that the EGM, with its four resolutions, has met all the requirements in the party constitution.
