There is no issue of malpractice in the case of the 44 missing guns belonging to the police, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
However, he said police would be directed to strengthen the management of their assets following weaknesses identified in the Auditor-General Report 2012.
