Municipal official investigated over sexual and physical mistreatment of helper

PETALING JAYA: A municipal councillor from Selangor is being investigated by police for sexually and physically abusing his illegal maid.

The investigation came about after two individual police reports were lodged by both the victim and the councillor’s younger brother who lives in the same house as him.
