KUALA LUMPUR: MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel says there will be no contest for the party presidency and deputy presidency.
Palanivel said both he and deputy president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam have decided to abide by Barisan Nasional chairman Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s advice to avert a contest for the top two posts.
