The Straits Times reported that he crossed the border on a scooter shortly after 11pm on Wednesday, and was arrested at Danga Bay restaurant in Johor late Friday night.
The Singaporean paper said that Iskandar was in debt, had personal domestic problems, and was facing an internal disciplinary process.
