GEORGE TOWN: Police should continue to hunt down the person who murdered and raped marketing executive Chee Gaik Yap in Sungai Petani some seven years ago, said Penang MCA Wanita head Tan Cheng Liang.
The investigators should use all legal avenues including the possibility of amending the charge from first degree murder to rape to ensure that justice was served, Tan stressed.
