KOTA BARU: After a 10-month courtship laced with cyber rumours and controversies, soccer star Khairul Fahmi Che Mat and model-cum-entrepreneur Nur Eilunie Natasha Jaafar were finally pronounced man and wife.
Apek, as the national goalkeeper is known to his fans, took Nur Eilunie as his wife in a colourful akad nikah (solemnisation of marriage) ceremony that was attended by state dignitaries and members of the Red Warriors fan club at her family villa in Pasir Pekan here yesterday.
