KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department has forecast isolated rain and thunderstorm on Deepavali Tuesday.
Rain is predicted in the morning over Penang, Kelantan and Terengganu. Kedah, Perak, Selangor, Negri Sembilan and Sabah will also experience isolated rain over coastal areas in the morning.
