KUALA LUMPUR: The police did not wrongfully confine Kelantan prince Tengku Muhammad Fakhry Petra in the palace grounds of Istana Mahkota nor misuse their authority as palace guards, the High Court here was told.
Senior Federal Counsel Azizan Md Arshad said the prince was neither physically forced nor ordered to stay in the palace compound, adding that the palace gates were not locked at any time.
