KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has allowed the prosecution to impeach former Cabinet minister Tan Sri Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir’s credibility due to contradictions between his testimony and his police statement on the final price of land for the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) project.
High Court Judge Justice Ahmadi Asnawi granted lead prosecutor DPP Datuk Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah’s application under Section 155 of the Evidence Act yesterday.
